Alexis Dussaix has been a state-certified national tour guide since 2017 and is a graduate of the first cycle of studies at the École du Louvre. Specializing in conveying cultural heritage in French Sign Language (LSF), he works to make art history and major cultural sites accessible to deaf and signing audiences.

He regularly works with major heritage institutions on behalf of the Réunion des Musées Nationaux – Grand Palais (RMN-GP), notably at the Louvre Museum, the Cluny Museum, the National Archaeology Museum, the Guimet Museum, and the Palace of Versailles.

He also collaborates with several cultural partners, including the National Library of France (Richelieu and François-Mitterrand sites) with Point Parole, the Ministry of Culture at the National Archives, and the Centre Pompidou.
Through his independent business, PatrimArt’Signes, he designs and leads cultural and historical tours, neighborhood visits, and themed itineraries, as well as customized private tours.

He offers guided tours in French Sign Language (LSF) in Paris and the Île-de-France region (including Versailles and Saint-Germain-en-Laye), as well as throughout France. Cultural tours can be organized in various regions (Loire Valley, Provence, etc.) and abroad, in Europe (Italy, Germany, Austria, Malta, Greece, etc.) and in Egypt.

He also designs themed lectures, at a location of your choice, focusing on art history and heritage: deaf artists, ancient iconography, major cultural sites, or any other topic tailored to your needs.
